About the Role
The Inclusion & Belonging External Partnerships team builds meaningful connections with non-profits, inspiring and empowering underserved communities — especially youth — through financial education. You’ll lead the design and execution of impactful programs, partner with organizations, and ensure Experian’s mission of empowerment reaches those who need it most.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and launch inclusive programs/events with nonprofit partners
- Build scalable infrastructures to track program delivery and results
- Manage logistics: event planning, timelines, venues, vendors, travel, and more
- Develop and nurture relationships with key partners
- Collaborate internally to execute and communicate program goals
- Track program/event metrics; report outcomes and improvements
- Prepare engaging communications for internal stakeholders and volunteers
- Report directly to Senior Director, External Partnerships, Inclusion & Belonging
What You Bring
- 5+ years in DEI, Inclusion/Belonging, or community empowerment roles
- 5+ years in events management (end-to-end production)
- 7+ years in program management (portfolio & project execution)
- Experience working with creative, marketing, and production agencies
- Strong relationship-builder and communicator
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Based in/near Austin or San Antonio, TX preferred, but remote considered
