About the Role

The Inclusion & Belonging External Partnerships team builds meaningful connections with non-profits, inspiring and empowering underserved communities — especially youth — through financial education. You’ll lead the design and execution of impactful programs, partner with organizations, and ensure Experian’s mission of empowerment reaches those who need it most.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and launch inclusive programs/events with nonprofit partners
  • Build scalable infrastructures to track program delivery and results
  • Manage logistics: event planning, timelines, venues, vendors, travel, and more
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key partners
  • Collaborate internally to execute and communicate program goals
  • Track program/event metrics; report outcomes and improvements
  • Prepare engaging communications for internal stakeholders and volunteers
  • Report directly to Senior Director, External Partnerships, Inclusion & Belonging

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in DEI, Inclusion/Belonging, or community empowerment roles
  • 5+ years in events management (end-to-end production)
  • 7+ years in program management (portfolio & project execution)
  • Experience working with creative, marketing, and production agencies
  • Strong relationship-builder and communicator
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Based in/near Austin or San Antonio, TX preferred, but remote considered
