In addition to waking up well, how do you assess the duration of your sleep?
I get enough sleep (between 7 and 9 hours), I rarely wake up during the night and I keep a regular schedule.
Although I wake up fine, I sleep less than recommended or wake up a few times during the night, but I don't feel that affected.
