What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top talent
- Achieve hiring goals by filling open roles with qualified, high-potential candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to create clear, targeted job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Post job openings, review applications, and proactively reach out to prospective candidates
- Lead interviews, assess skills, conduct reference checks, and support offer/negotiation
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and Aldridge policies
- Support and uphold Aldridge’s employer brand and reputation as an “employer of choice”
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field — or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years in recruiting or HR (infrastructure or construction a plus)
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and current market trends
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Cornerstone preferred)
- Excellent organization, time management, and decision-making skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
- Trustworthy, with sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive information
- Experience with Microsoft and Google Suites
