The Opportunity
Join us as an HR Coordinator and become the first point of contact for all HR-related needs. You’ll process new hires, manage employee records, support recruiting, and keep things running smoothly for our team—making a real impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for HR phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Process new hires, employee changes, and separations (HRIS)
- Maintain and organize personnel records
- Support recruitment: drug screens, background checks, new-hire paperwork
- Complete employment verifications (VOE)
- Handle documentation for third-party requests
- Run HR reports and audits as needed
- Support employee relations matters and direct issues as appropriate
- Perform additional HR administrative duties as assigned
Who You Are
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years’ HR-related experience (preferred)
- Solid understanding of HR processes: HRIS, i9, onboarding, compliance
- Detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask with accuracy
- Strong communicator (written & verbal)
- Comfortable with MS Office & learning new tech
