Job Title: Copy Supervisor
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time, Mid-Senior Level
Salary Range: $101,500 – $129,000/year
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and supervise creative, brand-appropriate communications across multiple formats (e.g., sales aids, direct mail).
- Supervise all copy related to assigned brands.
- Provide clear direction to writers and collaborate closely with art directors.
- Understand and process complex healthcare information.
- Research trends and maintain deep knowledge of assigned brands.
- Strategically contribute to the long-term vision of the brand.
- Ensure all creative work is reviewed and approved in a timely manner.
- Foster strong relationships with Editorial, Art, and Account Services teams.
- Present ideas articulately within the agency and to clients.
- Champion the brand and identify new opportunities with clients.
- Contribute positively to DDB Health’s culture and values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual abilities and writing skills.
- Previous experience as a writer in advertising.
- Pharma/Healthcare experience preferred.
- Team-oriented with excellent presentation and management skills.
