What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top talent
  • Achieve hiring goals by filling open roles with qualified, high-potential candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to create clear, targeted job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Post job openings, review applications, and proactively reach out to prospective candidates
  • Lead interviews, assess skills, conduct reference checks, and support offer/negotiation
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and Aldridge policies
  • Support and uphold Aldridge’s employer brand and reputation as an “employer of choice”

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field — or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years in recruiting or HR (infrastructure or construction a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and current market trends
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Cornerstone preferred)
  • Excellent organization, time management, and decision-making skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Trustworthy, with sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Experience with Microsoft and Google Suites
